Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.

1. Before dispatch

Request cancellation or address amendment via Compass Trace before courier handoff. Prepaid amounts refund within 5–7 business days once confirmed.

2. After dispatch

Once a parcel leaves the terrarium, cancellation is not available. Refer to Foil Redress for delivery issues.

3. Partial holds

Individual lines cannot be removed from a confirmed order. Cancel the whole order before dispatch and place a revised order.
